Paying in advance secures your place on your preferred date It's important to be aware that no reimbursements or refunds will be given once registered for the course or miss any classes (no show). This covers participants who do not successfully complete the course, those who fail the pre-test on the first day of class, students who do not attend all scheduled class dates and times, those who do not meet the course skills proficiency (as per American Red Cross requirements), or fail to achieve a score of at least 80 percent on the written exam. CPR, ETC. retains the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment numbers. In such cases, paid participants will be notified 24 hours prior to the first class date via email. If you find it necessary to reschedule your class, you may do so with a $30 fee, as long as the rescheduling takes place at least 3 days before your scheduled class. Participants are allowed to transfer a total of two times, and the training must be completed within 90 days from the original class date. To reschedule, call us at 954-529-8353, so we can arrange your future class.
